I'm a data analyst by trade, with an MBA from Kingston Business School and a BA in Interface Design from before that.
By day, I work with SQL, dashboards, and data warehousing for a UK manufacturing platform. By evening, I run Builtly.
That mix matters. Most people who'll quote you for an app are either developers who don't understand your business, or salespeople who don't understand the build. That mix is what Builtly is built on — translating between the two, so what gets built is actually what you need.
I focus on local and small businesses because most consultancies don't. They're built for bigger firms with bigger budgets, and the advice doesn't translate down. I'd rather sit with the people running their own businesses and work out what would genuinely help — and what wouldn't.
Builtly is deliberately small. You won't be handed off to a junior or stuck in a ticketing queue. You'll work with me — directly, every step of the way.
